Join schools from across the FOBISIA network as we come together to celebrate the true spirit of FOBISIA at the 2027 FOBISIA Swimming Event, hosted at the world-class Thanyapura Sports and Health Resort in Phuket, Thailand. This festive, fun-filled family event is all about embracing the moment, forming new friendships, and striving for personal bests, with exciting opportunities to win medals and trophies.
What makes this event truly exceptional is its unique blend of camaraderie and friendly competition. Don’t miss the chance to be part of the FOBISIA community alongside the incredible Thanyapura team. With elite athletes providing demonstrations, participating in Q&A sessions, and offering hands-on support to students and staff, this promises to be a swimming experience like no other.
What truly sets this event apart is the perfect balance of friendly rivalry and genuine camaraderie. We are honoured to welcome Olympic swimmers from Paris 2024, who will lead technique demonstrations, host informal Q&A sessions and provide hands-on coaching for both students and staff. Their expertise, alongside the outstanding Thanyapura team, will ensure every participant gains something extraordinary from the experience.
This third edition of FOBISIA Swimming Division 2 is fully sanctioned by the Thailand Aquatics Association and CNX, guaranteeing the highest standards of competition and organisation. Thanyapura’s
world-class facilities offer the perfect stage for what promises to be a memorable few days of swimming and fellowship .

Tournament Information
We have worked hard to ensure this event will be the pinnacle of FOBISIA Swimming. We have some new features for the 2027 event, alongside some familiar routines. Below is a summary of the event:

Use of the 50m competition pool, alongside the 25m pool used for warmup/cool down (all finals will be World Aquatics rules and licensed by TAA officials)

Shorter days to allow for a more student centric experience

Market Village with stalls ranging from the the very best swimming merchandise, to local charities and partners

Accommodation on site and within walking distance of the pools (first come, first served)

Access to all the resort facilities

Demonstrations and Q+A with the World Aquatics elite athletes who live and train at Thanyapura. These are future Olympic stars.

Various fun events to further enhance the experience for all.

Live streaming of whole event
We recommend all schools plan to arrive on Thursday 21st January 2027. For your convenience, we can arrange airport transfers at an additional special rate for those booking our discounted accommodation options (details below).
To ensure you have plenty of time to enjoy the full event experience, please schedule your return flights no earlier than 5:00 PM on Sunday 25th January 2027.
If you'd like to extend your stay with an additional night on Monday 25th January 2027, simply let us know on the registration form, and we’ll handle the arrangements.

Founded in 1926, Amnuay Silpa School (ANS) is the second-oldest member of the prestigious FOBISIA network. With almost a century of educational heritage, the school has welcomed more than 80,000 alumni, including six former Thai prime ministers.
ANS is dedicated to innovative and forward-thinking education.
