Learn to Swim
Build a strong foundation through water confidence, floating, breathing, body position and fundamental swimming skills in a supportive learning environment.
03 / PROGRESSION
Development Swimming
Strengthen swimming technique, coordination and endurance, while building greater efficiency across strokes and confidence over longer distances.
04 / ADVANCEMENT
Performance Swimming
A more focused pathway for developing swimmers who are ready to refine stroke mechanics, pacing, race skills and swimming discipline.
