Thanyapura Sports & Health Resort
Stay directly onsite at the swimming venue. This option is highly popular, so early registration and deposit payment are required.
Cassia Laguna Phuket
Located approximately 20 minutes from Thanyapura, Cassia offers another excellent accommodation choice. Shuttle transfers between Cassia and the event venue are included in the booking cost.

Return airport transfers are available at discounted rates:

Private Bus (42-seater): 16,000 THB
Private Van (8-seater): 8,000 THB

Join us at Thanyapura for an unforgettable experience. With accommodations available for up to 355 guests, we recommend booking early.

Registration Opens:

September 5th, 2025
To secure your place, a deposit of 60,000 THB or 25% of the estimated total room costs (whichever is lower) must be paid immediately. Deposits can be made via credit card, bank transfer, PromptPay, or QR code, and are refundable according to our cancellation policy. The final balance is due before December school break on 28th November 2025

For seamless coordination, we recommend your school’s finance department work closely with TEEMS Global. We are flexible and ready to accommodate your payment needs, especially for those staying at the recommended hotels.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation by a participant/s (such cancellation taking place not less than fourteen (14) days prior to the event), the following cancellation charges will apply:
