• Radisson Layan Hotel                                                                                                                                          Additional exceptional accommodation will be available at our second partner hotel, the Radisson       Layan Hotel. Situated approximately 10 km from the swimming venue, this upscale resort is ideally located near Layan Beach and Bang Tao Beach in Thalang District, offering schools a comfortable and convenient   base throughout the event.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Early expressions of interest for accommodation at Thanyapura are exceptionally high and currently exceed the available capacity.

We have secured additional rooms at our second partner hotel, the Radisson Layan Hotel. This exceptional alternative will be available to schools that are unable to secure accommodation at the onsite venue hotel.

 

Accommodation places will only be confirmed upon receipt of proof of payment remittance. The transaction date alone does not secure a booking.

 

As the meet is limited to 600 swimmers, we strongly encourage schools to complete payment as soon as possible to secure their place. Once the transfer has been made, please ask your Finance Department to promptly provide proof of payment so that we can process and confirm your accommodation allocation without delay, helping to ensure your school does not miss out.

*There is no entry fee for coaches and teachers. However, those not staying at the partner hotels will be charged THB 850 per person per day (Friday and Saturday only) should they wish to have lunch at the swimming venue.

Airport Transfers - Thanyapura Sports & Health Resort and Radisson Layan Hotel
Return airport transfers are available at discounted rates:

• Private Bus (38-seater): 17,500 THB

• Private Van (8-seater): 9,000 THB

Secure Your Booking & Cancellation Policy

​To secure your place, a deposit of 60,000 Thai Baht is required. Deposits can be made by credit card, bank transfer, PromptPay, or QR code. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.*

​

*Schools that are unable to secure a place due to limited capacity and oversubscription will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit payment.

 

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% not including the

non-refundable deposit.

 

Cancellation less than 45 days prior to the event will not be eligible for refunds.

 

For seamless coordination, we recommend your school’s finance department work closely with TEEMS Global. We are flexible and ready to accommodate your payment needs, especially for those staying at the recommended hotels.
