Following the incredible success of last year’s camp welcoming students from across the world and reaching full capacity this four-week summer camp returns with even more opportunities to learn, explore, and grow. Delivered by UWC Thailand’s experienced educators, in collaboration with leading international schools across Asia, and supported by TEEMS Global’s world-class facilities and programme design, students will enjoy a truly immersive and enriching experience.

Choose Your Pathway
The UWC Thailand Summer Camp offers two TEEMS-designed pathways, allowing students to personalise their summer experience:
1. Sports and Technology (4-14 Years Old)
A high-energy programme combining sports performance, teamwork, and innovation. Students develop physical confidence while exploring technology through hands-on, future-focused learning. The UWC Thailand Holiday Camp 2026 offers a wide range of activities designed to help children grow and develop:

Sports: Football, basketball, volleyball, and multi-sports sessions that build teamwork, confidence, and physical fitness.

Outdoor Education: Explore nature, build resilience, and learn life skills in a safe and exciting environment.

Dance: High-energy sessions to inspire creativity and self-expression.

STEAM Workshops: A variety of classes including animation, 3D modeling, robotics, aerospace engineering, "Code and Change the World with AI," computer programming, game making, and more.
2. 21st Century Skills & Outdoor Experience (12-18 Years Old)
An experiential pathway focused on leadership, problem-solving, resilience, and outdoor education. Students build essential life skills through real-world challenges, collaboration, and nature-based learning.
Additional English Immersion Classes
This year, we are offering a special English immersion class for students enrolled in the summer camp. These optional sessions, tailored for all proficiency levels, are led by professional teachers and focus on enhancing communication, vocabulary, writing, and comprehension.
Classes will take place daily from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM and are designed to complement the camp experience, helping students build confidence and fluency in English.

Full-Day Camp: 18,950 THB per week (8:00 AM–3:00 PM)

Residential Camp: 36,500 THB per week (6 Nights - 5 Days)

How to Register
To register, please complete the online booking form, which will collect all the necessary information for initial registration. Additional details will be required closer to the camp dates. A student’s place will only be confirmed once payment is received. Confirmation emails will be sent within 72 working hours of payment.
English Proficiency
All lessons, instructions, and camp activities are conducted in English.
Class Sizes and Grouping
Students will be grouped based on their age:

Junior Kindergarten: Ages 4–5

Senior Kindergarten: Ages 5–6

Grade 1–2: Ages 6–8

Grade 3–4: Ages 8–10

Grade 5–6: Ages 10–12

Grade 7–8: Ages 12–14
Each class will have a minimum of six and a maximum of 24 students.
Payment and Refund Policy

Payments must be made online, with proof of payment uploaded during registration. Cash payments are not accepted.

Refunds will only be issued if the camp is cancelled. No refunds will be provided for changes in staffing, student attendance, or other circumstances.
Accommodation & Transportation
Please note that as a day camp, we do not provide or coordinate accommodations or transportation for applicants and their families on campus. However, we are happy to assist by offering a range of hotels and serviced apartment packages that can be arranged for your convenience.

Safety and Supervision
The safety and well-being of our participants remain our top priority:

Qualified staff provide constant supervision, follow stringent safety protocols, and are trained in first aid and CPR.

Parents are required to provide accurate medical information to ensure appropriate care is provided during the camp.
Food and Insurance

A full international lunch buffet and two snacks will be provided daily. Packed lunches will be provided for off-site activities.

Insurance for on-site accidents is included (up to 10,000 THB), but additional travel and health insurance are recommended.
Safety Terms and Conditions

Supervision: Our qualified teachers, coaches, and staff members will guarantee that your child is constantly supervised and kept safe.

Safety Protocols: We follow stringent safety protocols and guidelines to establish a safe environment for all students. This encompasses regular safety inspections, emergency preparedness drills, and staff training in first aid and CPR, among other measures.

Emergency Procedures: Should an emergency occur, immediate action will be taken to ensure the safety and welfare of all campers. Parents/guardians will be promptly notified of any significant incidents or emergencies..

Health and Medical Care: Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical information about their child, including any allergies, medical conditions, or medications. Our staff will then ensure that appropriate medical care is provided as needed.

Behavioural Expectations: Camp participants are required to adhere to camp rules and behavioral guidelines to guarantee a safe and pleasant experience for all. Any behavior that compromises the safety or well-being of others will be promptly addressed and may lead to disciplinary measures..

Communication: Open and transparent communication between parents/guardians and camp staff is crucial. Any safety concerns or questions about the camp experience should be raised with camp management directly.
