• Please complete the registration link indicating your initial interest in joining the Tournament with an estimate of student and staff numbers. The deadline for schools to register interest is Friday 18th September. .

• UTR registration link will be sent to all players not currently registered on the UTR system.

Celebration Dinner

The TEEMS Invitational Tennis Tournament 2026 will conclude with a Celebration Dinner and Awards Ceremony on Sunday, 29 November 2026, at Holiday Inn Resort Hua Hin.

 

The evening will provide a wonderful opportunity for players, coaches and school representatives to come together, celebrate individual and team achievements, build new friendships and create lasting memories beyond the competition.

 

The Celebration Dinner is included in the accommodation package for all players, coaches and school staff staying at the official TEEMS partner hotel.

 

All players, teachers and coaches are welcome to attend the Awards Ceremony. The Celebration Dinner is also open to all participants, with the dinner meal available at an additional fee of THB 1,500 per person for those who do not book the official partner accommodation package.

We strongly encourage all participating schools to join us for this special evening as we celebrate the tournament and the achievements of our players, while connecting with schools and teams from across the region in a relaxed and welcoming setting.

 

Refreshments

Water will be supplied throughout the tournament and lunch for participants will be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

These costs are included in the participation fee. Competitors will also be able to purchase additional healthy food and drinks onsite at True Arena.

 

Tournament Souvenir

Every athlete and coach/teacher will receive an event souvenir.

Cancellation Policy

To secure your place, a deposit of 40,000 Thai Baht is required. Deposits can be made by credit card, bank transfer, PromptPay, or QR code. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% not including the

non-refundable deposit.

 

Cancellation less than 45 days prior to the event will not be eligible for refunds.
