TEEMS International Tennis Tournament 2026​

 

The entry fee is $120 USD or 4,000 THB per player which includes; 

• Tournament entry 

• UTR accredited and registered matches

• Tennis tournament t-shirt

• Lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday 

• Prizes and trophies for all winners and runners-up

Registration

• Please complete the registration link indicating your initial interest in joining the Tournament with an estimate of student and staff numbers. The deadline for schools to register interest is Friday 5th September. .

• UTR registration link will be sent to all players not currently registered on the UTR system.

 

Gala Dinner

The Gala Dinner provides a wonderful opportunity for players, coaches, and schools to come together, build new friendships, and create lasting memories beyond the competition environment. We strongly encourage all participants to attend this special evening.

The dinner will take place on Sunday evening and is included for players staying at the official TEEMS partner hotel. Participants not selecting the partner accommodation package will be required to pay an additional fee of 1,500 THB per person to attend.

The tournament will conclude with a formal Gala Dinner and Awards Ceremony on the evening of 29th November 2026 at the Holiday Inn Hua Hin. This memorable occasion will celebrate both individual and team achievements whilst offering schools the opportunity to connect socially in a relaxed and professional setting.

 

Refreshments

Water will be supplied throughout the tournament and lunch for participants will be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

These costs are included in the participation fee. Competitors will also be able to purchase additional healthy food and drinks onsite at True Arena.

 

Tournament Souvenir

Every athlete and coach/teacher will receive an event souvenir.

Cancellation Policy

To secure your place, a deposit of 40,000 Thai Baht is required. Deposits can be made by credit card, bank transfer, PromptPay, or QR code. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

​

A non-refundable deposit of 40,000 THB is required to secure your school’s place in the tournament.

 

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% not including the non-refundable deposit.

 

Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the event will not be eligible for refunds.
