Accomodation and Cost
We are delighted to offer the Holiday Inn Vana Nava as the tournament hotel. They have put together an amazing half-board package for tennis competitors and their coaches/school staff.
The Holiday Inn Vana Nava is just over 2km from Arena Hua Hin by foot and approximately 5 minutes by minibus. It is positioned close to other Hua Hin attractions including Cicada night market, BluPort mall and several other convenience stores and shops.
We will provide minibus transport between the hotel and the tournament location for all schools who have booked their accommodation at the official partner hotel.
Accommodation packages are for 4 nights - dates are [Wednesday 3rd - Saturday 6th March, Wednesday 10th - Saturday 13th March, Wednesday 17th - Saturday 20th March] and are significantly discounted for FOBISIA Tennis. Additional nights before and after this are also available. The special FOBISIA discounted costs below include;

Based on the previous FOBISIA tennis events, the partner hotel will be able to accommodate all tennis competitors and coaches. The FOBISIA Tennis Gala Dinner will also be held at this venue for the convenience of the tennis competitors. A deposit of 50,000 THB or 25% of the full payment is required. Final payment must be made by January 29th 2027.
*Schools that are unable to secure a place due to limited capacity and oversubscription will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit payment.
We strongly advise booking the discounted accommodation above, no shuttles or transfers will be available for other hotels with these deals.

Gala Dinner
The gala dinner is a fantastic opportunity for all the players to meet new friends and create memories that will last. We strongly recommend attending. This will take place on Saturday evening and is included in the cost for players staying at the TEEMS partner hotel. For those not choosing the partner accommodation option, an additional 1,500 THB will be charged to cover costs.
We politely request that parents do not stay in the partner hotel. However, they are welcome to join the gala dinner at 1,500 THB per person. Places can be reserved by emailing info@teemsglobal.org
Refreshments
Water will be supplied throughout the tournament and lunch for participants will be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
These costs are included in the participation fee. Competitors will also be able to purchase additional healthy food and drinks onsite at Arena Hua Hin.
Tournament Souvenir
Every athlete and coach/teacher will receive a FOBISIA TENNIS souvenir.

Return airport transfers are available for an additional charge at discounted rates:

Cancellation policy
Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% not including the
non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation less than 45 days prior to the event will not be eligible for refunds.
For seamless coordination, we recommend your school’s finance department work closely with TEEMS Global. We are flexible and ready to accommodate your payment needs, especially for those staying at the recommended hotels.

To secure your place, a deposit of 50,000 THB or 25% of the estimated total room costs (whichever is lower) must be paid immediately. Deposits can be made via credit card, bank transfer, PromptPay, or QR code, and are refundable according to our cancellation policy. The final balance is due by January 29th, 2027.
