Gala Dinner

The gala dinner on Saturday evening is a fantastic opportunity for all the players to meet new friends and create memories that will last.

 

Refreshment

Water will be supplied throughout the tournament and lunch for participants will be available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 

 

​These costs are included in the participation fee. Competitors will also be able to purchase additional healthy food and drinks onsite at True Arena. 

 

Tournament Souvenir

Every athlete and coach/teacher will receive an event souvenir.

Cancellation Policy

To secure your place, a deposit of 50,000 Thai Baht is required. Deposits can be made by credit card, bank transfer, PromptPay, or QR code. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% not including the non-refundable deposit.

 

Cancellation less than 60 days prior to the event will not be eligible for refunds.
